I had issues installing the unit, but I recieved emails and help within a day and was able to get the unit working. Great customer service! I wish the headlights flashed, but other than that great product

Product was pretty easy to install aside from the factory location of the BCM on a 2019 F250. Prolly took an hour to install using the supplied switches. I just placed the mode switch in the glove box and stuck the on/off switch to the right side of center console because i didnt want to drill any holes in my platinum company truck. one thing i wish was different was that the turn signals flash the same as the DRLs. The front could use some more isolation for the flashing patterns. The back lights up like a Christmas tree and is perfect.

My turn signals and brake lights would not over ride. Had to get a second module sent to replace first. Same result. Now after 2 years with very limited use, my back up lights do not turn on, they flash but won’t turn on in reverse. I removed the unit and they work fine.

Not the easiest installation but only took about an hour for someone with is semi mechanical. The actual device is pretty easy to install but hooking it up to factory up fitter switches took the longest. The provided pigtails could be built a bit better, on of the wire crips out of the box failed and the lever to lock the plug into the bcm broke pretty easily but a few wire crimps and zip ties problem solved. For the price no complaints.
